From the cradle to the grave, we become the best version of ourselves only when we follow great leaders. The divide and despair in America stem from a leadership vacuum that we must prudently fill. If the head is incompetent and incapable, all other leaders will appear weak and problems will either remain unsolved, or they will realize half-baked solutions.
